Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
Check in time is from 1pm -5pm

If arriving out of office hours please contact reception for late arrival details.

Check out time is 10am

Q: Can I have a late check-out?
Late check-outs are available but are subject to availability. Some fees may apply. Please get in touch with reception.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?

We require a current credit card swipe or a $300 cash bond.

Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?

Yes, we offer Free Unlimited WiFi at Bayview Beach.

Q: What facilities do you have?

Q: Do you have a lift?

Yes, we have a lift available for guest use, and you will find trolleys available in the carpark for your convenience.

Q: Is after hours check-in available?
Yes. Please confirm with reception 24 hours before arrival to make arrangements.
Q: Is there car parking available?

Yes, free secure undercover parking for 1 car for guests at our Broadwater apartments is available. There is a height limit of 2.00 metres. Free off street parking is available in Clark or Brighton streets.

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?
For stays of 14 days or more, your apartment will be serviced in the middle of your stay. Additional housekeeping is available upon request and will be charged.
Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes all linen is provided. Beach towels are available from reception.

Q: Do you have cots & highchairs?

Yes, cots and high chairs can be hired for your stay. Request at time of booking. Charges apply.

Q: Can I have a rollaway bed in my room?
Please enquire with reception, charges may apply.
Q: Does Bayview Beach Holiday Apartments accept 'Schoolies' bookings?

This property does not accept ‘Schoolies’ bookings. The property does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Period. In particular it does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the entire “schoolies” period.

General information about our location.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?
Yes, all within walking distance. Charis Seafood is about a 2-minute walk and several other restaurants, including the Grand Hotel. Biggera Waters Metromart is a 10-minute walk away with an IGA supermarket available for your needs
Q: How far away is the beach?
We are located directly across the road from a small beach. The nearest Surf Beach is 10-15 minutes drive to Main Beach.
Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Yes local buses are a 2 minute walk away connecting you to the Gold Coast major destinations and theme parks.
